Definition of experts:
To illustrate each expert attribute, a specific recipe can be used. All flavour sample breads should contain 40 – 60 % rye.

Instructions
For best results, taste only the crumb of the loaf. Sample a large piece for an intense taste, and a very small piece for a less intense taste.
